Nick Hannah Training Jeanne Hamlin: If you want a professional trainer who will listen and work with you toward your fitness goals, Nick Hannah is a great choice. In 2009, I started working out with Nick as my trainer at Z-Gym. Nick took the time to ask me about my fitness goals and determined my fitness needs based on my changing goals. My first goal was to lose weight. With the help of Z-Gym, I dropped 20 pounds with a diet plan. My next goal was to rock a bikini for a Vegas weekend with my husband. Nick adapted my program to build lean muscle tone which really helped me address key areas and feel great. My next goal was a 5 day wilderness backpack trip into the Grand Canyon. Again, Nick changed up my program to build my strength and stamina. The core, leg and back work that Nick made me focus on gave me strength and lessened my overall soreness compared to my companion hikers. I highly recommend Nick to help you meet whatever fitness goals you want to meet!

Paul Herman: My name is Paul H. I'm a 44 year old father of one beautiful 3 year old toddler. Over the last 6 years I have gained about 25 pounds and became sedentary. This is not a good combination for a father of a young child, I'm already older than most dads, being out of shape doesn't help. Mark Jensen At the turn of the year I thought it was time to make a change in my life fueled by weight loss with a health conscious mind set. Starting at 265 lbs., I knew it was going to be hard. My goal weight to obtain was 235 lb. Contacting Nick Hannah was best thing I could've done.
